Salorix, a social media marketing and analytics firm has raised $3.5 million Series A investment, co-led by Inventus Capital Partners and Nexus Venture Partners.
The Salorix Social Marketing Platform enables multi-channel listening, social media campaign planning and engagement in a unified framework. Headquartered in Santa Clara, CA and with offices in New York and Bangalore, India, Salorix’s customers include Blue Shield of California, AARP, United Online, HP/Palm and agencies such as Mediacom, OMD and Universal McCann.
The Salorix platform helps in tuning listening parameters to one’s market, industry, company and brand. Relevant conversations are categorized, scored and metrics reported to provide brand and audience insights.
The platform coupled with Solarix’s expert in-house Social Listening and Engagement team provides the combination to sift through terabytes of data to locate your most vocal, connected and influential prospects and customers. We then engage these influencers to drive awareness, clicks, leads and orders.
Last year, Buzzgain which offered similar services (analytics) was acquired by MeltWater.
