Education on the Cloud : Samsung Launches Smart Learning In India

Samsung Electronics has announced the launch of their first education store in India – Samsung Smart Learning. This education solution is based on problem solving and interactive approach for students, and stresses on concept understanding.

Samsung Smart Learning is intended to supplement the educational needs of over 70 million students studying in classes 1st to 12th for CBSE board and another 4.5 million students who are preparing for competitive examinations and will include other school boards, higher education and skill building content over time.

The solution provides an in-depth subject-wise content with multimedia tutorials, interactive lesson based exercises, and practice tests to ensure maximum impact based learning through conceptual videos and collaborative learning methods.

Smart Learning is a cloud based service that can be accessed with online and offline access points.

Samsung currently has 7000 stores across India, equipped to sell education content on the Samsung Galaxy Tab, and the service will extend to 10,000 stores gradually.
