San Francisco landlord sues Twitter after it fails to pay rent

  • Twitter is being sued by California Property Trust, the owner of the building where Twitter’s offices are located, for failing to pay $136,250 in rent.
  • On December 16th, the company informed Twitter that it would be in breach of its lease if the sum due wasn’t paid within five days.
