“Make it simple, but significant” an iconic quote from Don Draper of Mad men holds true in the present Startup world. The best products in the market are often famous for its simplicity. They solve one core problem, and they do it well.
Listening to customer feedback is vital, but implementing all of them would be the main ingredient in the recipe for disaster. A lot of companies mistake more features for more success, but often it’s the other way round. Most of the successful products have one thing in common – They are simple and have a small set of features. They are simple but significant.
It’s important to keep your focus on your core value and implement them successfully. Your product needs to stay true to its core solution. There would be a lot of good-to-have features but would that help in solving the core problem? Sometimes we need to say “NO” & realize that “Less is more”.
