Scaling has to do with lots of things: Are you focused enough on iterating? Are you taking the features fast to the market? And are you being very, very frugal about what features you are building and taking to the market in the first phase so you can iterate very quickly? If two people can code, your cost will come down dramatically because the lost of building has come down dramatically.
