Personal device assistance platform, Servify has raised an undisclosed amount of funding in Pre-Series A investment led by Blume Ventures and Beenext. The investment round also saw participation from existing investors including Germany-based Barkawi Holdings GmbH, TM Service Technology Holdings Gmbh and Sreevathsa Prabhakar, Founder of Servify.
The investment raised will help the company in further enhancing product, service and technology offerings, Sreevathsa Prabhakar, Founder & CEO of Servify said.
Founded in 2015, the Mumbai-based startup is a device ownership platform that lets users list their mobiles, personal gadgets, electronics and home appliances on it, store bills, and access authentic brand authorised service during in-warranty and as well as out of warranty periods.
The platform integrates with OEM brands, retailers, carriers and service providers to facilitate seamless after-sales service experience for customers.
“We have doubled our user base recently and now manage over half a million devices on our platform. A major part of this investment will be deployed in aggressively building our product, engineering and business teams.” added Pravin Jadhav, Chief Product & Growth Officer at Servify.
