Slack gets more useful – You can convert conversations into actions like tasks, support tickets


You can now covert your Slack messages into actions like creating a task (in Asana) to creating a ticket (in Zendesk) etc to creating a lead in Hubspot.
This is probably the most important launch in the last few months for Slack – it aims to sit on top of all your company communication and be the single point of chatter.
