Smaaash, a company owned by Sachin Tendulkar and Shripal Morakhia, the founder of brokerage Sharekhan, is raising $10 mn from sports inveestment fund Fidelis World, according to a new report.
The fund has also bought a stake worth $23 mn in Technology Frontiers, a sports management firm, reports the Times of India. The company is valued at $80 mn. Both companies haven’t confirmed the deal yet.
Techfront provides end to end arena management solutions for sports, entertainment and media industries. Smaaash is a sports simulation facility in Mumbai which lets people play interactive games.
