Hyderabadi local claims to have invented a smart bangle which can protect women from sexual attackers. This self security bangle is designed to give an electric shock to the attackers without harming the woman wearing it and alert the nearest police station and other emergency contacts.
The wearer needs to just tilt her wrist at a certain angle to activate the smart bangle and give a shock. The inventor is now seeking government support to further develop this concept.
A similar smart jacket for women was made by a group of Mexican students back in 2018.
