Online fashion marketplace #snapdeal has acquired product discovery platform, Doozton.
Doozton, a Noida based bootstrapped company founded by Pushpendra Singh, gives users online wardrobe suggestions depending on different occasions. It also curates home decor and gifting products for its users.
Snapdeal will use the acquisition to personalise listings and suggestions for fashion merchandise on the marketplace. Snapdeal had secured $133.77 in funding from eBay in February.
Meanwhile, Flipkart is in talks to acquire online fashion retailer Myntra in a much bigger deal.
