Sodexo and Zeta, both leading digital employee benefits solutions providers in India announced that they are merging their India operations, subject to regulatory approvals.
The companies first entered into a strategic partnership in May 2017 wherein Sodexo leveraged Zeta’s technology platform to eventually launch a suite of B2B targeted solutions – with the latest being a ‘next-gen’ multi-benefit solution that was launched in June 2019.
Currently the two firms serve 14,000 clients and 3.5 million consumers with Sodexo having a strong merchant network and Zeta offering technology expertise.
