The portal, based out of Gurgaon, is an online bookstore where book-lovers can purchase second hand books. The store deals in secondhand books, rare books and books that were once published and are now out-of-print. The website intends to provide these books, both rare and contemporary, at reasonable prices. Usually we find it cheaper to buy second hand books rather than freshly printed ones. Old books have a charm of their own and the older the publishing date, the more priceless it becomes.

bigCuriousbigCurious currently does not offer Cash-on-Delivery, but plans to roll out this service in a few months along with a host of new features on their website. Currently, you can pay for your second hand books using Netbanking, credit or debit cards (CCavenue payment gateway). Also, a shipping fee of Rs.50 will be charged for all orders below Rs.300.

AssamKartAssamKart is an ecommerce portal for Assamese ebooks, the site has a huge list of books already and intends to add hundreds more every month. You might have always wanted to read Assamese ebooks but  unable to do so as they were not available widely. The portal has taken the initiative to offer you with the Assamese ebooks you always longed to read. The website claims that it is the first ever ebook store of the Eastern part of India and it is the first ever ebook store that carries Assamese ebooks.
