StartupXseed Ventures has announced their second investment into the company Aarav Unmanned System (AUS).
StartupXseed is the lead investor in an undisclosed bridge round raised by AUS along with other investors and the funding will be used for new product development and team expansion.
AUS is a player in the industrial and agricultural asset management space leveraging drone technology. They design and develop UAV-based solutions using own proprietary drone technology. The start-up is currently providing 3D mapping solutions to mining and urban planning sector, thermal and live aerial inspection solutions to power sector and NDVI based solutions to agriculture sector.
It was founded in 2013 by Nikhil Upadhye, Suhas Banshiwala, Vipul Singh and Yeshwanth Reddy, alumni of IIT Kanpur, IIT Bombay and Amity University, Noida.
