The bank says on its website:

The products and services under this Promotion have been brought to you exclusively as a benefit on your State Bank Debit MasterCard and State Bank Debit Maestro Card.

Shipping, returns and other aspects of managing the marketplace is done by Martjack. The site seems to be selling everything from clothing to computer peripherals and sports health & fitness merchandise.
