Surge pricing woes: Ola gets notice after complaints

In a major step, Transport Department of Karnataka has issued a show-cause notice to Ola Cab service, for its re-introduction of peak pricing policies. The notice asked the aggregator why its license shouldn’t be cancelled, adding that the 12+1 “shuttle” services by the company are a gross violation of transport norms.
