Well, I've had a couple of bad experiences with Flipkart. A year ago, my wife ordered a phone. It was faulty -- would take over one day to charge. It required numerous customer service calls, an escalation to the manager and a threatening email.
Two weeks ago, ordered a gas stove from Amazon. Only two of the three burners worked. I was busy that week and on holiday the next week. When I returned, I found out that the return period had expired.
But no questions asked, they took it back. Money already refunded.
