Hope you're doing fine guys. This post is being written with utter disgrace and disappointment. And this is just because of the care & support provided by PayTm.
With PayTm, I had made a flight booking for 3 members of my family, (Order ID: 3447397232) as you had this cashback offer on flights, it is eye-catching you see. But I had not expected of what would happen later. GoAir cancelled the flight today and intimated via an SMS (attached is the screenshot).
Now, at this situation, I am all blank, don't know what to do ahead and where to head for support. I tried contacting the flights helpline number but it always asks me to wait (Idk what are the advisors doing or if you have sufficient). NO GAIN HERE. Now, tried Twitter, because it always worked for me(for other service providers) but @PaytmCare is the WORST anyone could come across. NO SUPPORT WHATSOEVER. If you call it support on Twitter, I recommend you to close the handle because it's of no use, literally. When I contacted them, I received one single reply ever, which is Hi, in order to help you better, please let us know your concern through http://Paytm.com/care >>>> or call us on our dedicated flight helpline no. 091-7053111905.<<

You have this tagline called, I get what I pay for. I paid around Rs. 8000 for 3 tickets, which are all cancelled now and btw you're refunding my money deducting the convenience fees, great!
You call me a prime member for PAYTM but this is the way I am being treated. To let you know, my booking has been called due to some reason which the airline is not citing. They still have 2 other flights the Shear CHEATING! I ain't gonna pay a penny extra and want a confirmed booking for 3 seats for any flight departing from IXB to DEL on 17-07-2017. KEEP THIS NOTED!
The irony is that I had tagged you too, on couple of my tweets but that did not make sense either.
