In my product management career, I have always seen UX team struggling talking to different teams and debating over features (vs. market needs) and engg (vs. implementation).
UX team often messes around with PM, Engg and Senior Leadership. So what exactly is the UX strategy then ? How do you define that ?
Came across this interesting presentation which goes a level deep and brings an interesting perspective.
What's your take ? Do you have UX strategy ? Do you even need one ? If yes, who owns it ? PM or UX team?
