Why did Myntra take down it's desktop website in the first place?
Myntra is neither a niche nor a luxury goods website.
In all probability, the average ticket size of orders placed on the desktop version must have been bigger than the average ticket size on the app.
If you are an ecommerce website and sales is what defines you, why would you want to concentrate on app - only and shut down other channels of sale?
What were they trying to achieve? Was it because of operational issues only? What were their reasons?
