Snapdeal wants to be the one-stop solution for all the online consumption needs and to achieve that, it has now launched various services including flight and bus ticket bookings, hotel reservations and food ordering – all of which can be now accessed on its app.
The company has announced a strategic partnership with Zomato, Cleartrip, UrbanClap and redBus, that will include all their services on Snapdeal's platform, without the company investing in any of them.
Currently, Cleartrip, redBus, UrbanClap and Zomato are available on Snapdeal’s services section for flight and hotel bookings, bus ticket bookings, personal services and food ordering respectively.
Rohit Bansal, Co-Founder, Snapdeal said, that the company intends to add more service providers from other categories in the coming months and years. And wants to turn Snapdeal into a single point access to e-commerce needs in the country.
Earlier this year, Snapdeal had introduced recharges and bill payments on its platform.
