1) Invoice shared with customer is misleading, without any coherent explanation, its incorrect which amounts to non transparent and fraudulent pricing..
2) Twitter response of Ola support proves that they agree that "they charged an convenience fee". The explanation to save face is a white lie that there was a pre deducted Toll charge of Rs 100 when there is no toll anywhere paid by the driver in the route..
The customer has no idea that he is being fleeced because the customer is happy saving 20-30% on normal fare and doesnt bother for such nitty gritty or hidden piddly amounts..
