Uber is in deep shit right now - the main force, Kalanick is out and the company / culture / style is now being questioned by all.
Of course, this negativity will flow across the teams and impact execution.
How can Ola maximize this?
First let's get this fact out of the question that Ola is going to execute like nothing has happened.
Ola has to and will use this opportunity to get more 'positive PR' and win back everything from Uber.
In fact, this is the time to 'totally crush' Uber and all goodwill it ever generated.
Here are my (random) suggestions:
1. Start rumors in the driver community that Uber India is shutting down / losing business ?
2. Go on a PR overdrive. Tell/create a lot more positive stories around the brand - on women employees/driver empowerment / more 'human stories'
Equate Uber with 'being evil' / Plant a lot of negative stories around Uber India?
