I would suspect Amazon's ad solution would have targeting based on 'Kindle' ownership. After all, they are the only ones to know who has Kindle.

Thanks Aditya_Rao for the suggestions. Any idea how will FB filter based on reading interest? it it based on any static user profile data or FB has sm intelligence to identify this interest.
Sorry i missed mentioning the target users are from India. I have updated the question now. It seems, FB purchase behavior targeting based on offline purchases is currently not available for indian market, is it correct?
