TalentFinder is a resume management tool from Chandigarh based Chalkpad Technologies. The tool basically provides lots of tagging features to manage resumes. The tags are used to shortlist from the existing database of resumes whenever a new job is created or classify for quick bulk actions.
You can track resumes with different statuses as “on hold”, “selected”, “short listed” etc. with details of each round of interview. The tool has an email and SMS feature built in to communicate with candidates. Priced at about $20/month this SaaS tool is targeted at medium to large businesses.
Essentially, there are competitive tools like Salesforce’s Force platform and Zoho HRMS that do offer similar feature [sincere advise to the company is to stop selling ‘tag’ feature, use a better terminology], but what SMBs need is more dedicated sales/support and that’s where startups can create a niche.
