TCS sued in US for allegedly favouring Indian candidates

Shawn Katz, a former employee, said that TCS had a history of discriminating against people who were not South Asian or Indian by favouring them in hiring and employment decisions.

According to the complaint, TCS “knowingly and intentionally created and maintained an overwhelmingly disproportionate workforce in the United States that consists of approximately 70% South Asian employees.”
