The Cabinet Committee on Economic Affairs (CCEA) on Monday approved Norwegian telecom major Telenor’s proposal to increase its stake in Unitech Wireless (Tamil Nadu) Ltd to 74 percent (from it’s current stake, i.e. 67.25%). The deal is subjected to the conditions recommended by FIPB (Foreign Investment Promotion Board) – details

Bharti Airtel today announced the launch of its comic portal, where subscribers can access comic strips from mobile phones.The company said the service would be available on its mobile entertainment portal, Airtel Live.
