Temasek set to invest in Mahindra’s EV division at Rs 80,580-cr valuation

  • Singapore’s Temasek will invest Rs 1,200 crore in Mahindra Electric Automobile Limited, for a stake between 1.49-2.97%.
  • The arrangement includes certain rights for Temasek as a shareholder, ranging from governance to future funding participation.
  • The investment lines up with Mahindra’s plan to launch five new EV models between April and October 2025.
