About The Founder: Mohit Kapoor
• Mohit Kapoor undertook various senior corporate leadership positions in the past at Alcatel, Haier, UTStarcom and telecom carrier Videocon. Later in the career he went back to school (National University of Singapore) for a MBA degree. It was here in Singapore Mohit decided to enter the exciting world of entrepreneurs with his first business venture – Goolel (mobile social network).
• Mohit recently exited the mobile social network business but his passion for mobile Apps and commitment to carry technology to the last mile has propelled him to create and invest in his new venture “The App Kiosk”.
• Mohit is intrigued with the idea of “Kiosks” and “Apps” for a long time now – according to him both spaces represent a multi-billion US$ opportunity and is potentially the “Next Big Thing”.
