1/ I consider 10x productivity gain in programming already
within reach and 100x productivity possible.
The implication for pure play software companies like Zoho could be challenging because prices tend to drop when productivity jumps.
2/ There is no law of nature that says software companies must make money or even exist AS pure software companies. We cannot be complacent.
We have to evolve rapidly or else face irrelevance. This will be the strong focus at Zoho.
