– Market Entry Strategy (thin edge of the wedge) Why you?
– Unit Economics
– Traction (if any). CAC/LTV – retention
– Financial projections, including raise runway
Least valuable (but include)
– Market slide TAM
– competition
Delete these slides
– Advisors
– Exit scenarios
