The pursuit of happiness: MP govt and IIT-Kharagpur chase happiness quotient

When it comes to happiness, India isn’t the ideal place in the world. In fact, it is at 118 among 156 according to the World Happiness Report 2016. However, happiness is being institutionalised in the country. While IIT-Kharagpur is moulding “happy technocrats”, MP has set up a “happiness ministry,” to make people “always happy.”
