The taxi aggregator has launched a pan-India startup challenge, UberPITCH, in partnership with the govt, where entrepreneurs will get to pitch their business ideas to investors and venture capitalists, during a specially organized Uber ride.
With UberPITCH, anyone with a business idea can get a chance to pitch their ideas to investors while they take a cab ride with them. Selected entrepreneurs will get seven minutes to pitch their ideas and another seven minutes for feedback.
UberPITCH, which is a trans-Atlantic initiative by the company will debut in India on 18 and 19 November in 28 cities where Uber is currently operational.
