Government agencies have been urged not to link such equipment to their departmental core networks and to think about removing and replacing Chinese video cameras placed in ‘sensitive’ locations.
Additionally, departments have been urged to think about whether they want to extend the same regulation to any locations that do not fall under the category of “sensitive”.
