SAAS based warehousing solution Unicommerce secures funding from Nexus Venture Partners [And Makes NextBigWhat Happy]

Delhi based Unicommerce – a customizable, scalable and easy-to-use SAAS solution for warehousing need of online retailers has raised undisclosed amount of funding from Nexus Venture Partners . The raised amount fund will be used to increase sales and marketing efforts and build its product and infrastructure.Unicommerce

Unicommerce flagship product, Uniware maintains exact and complete information of every single product in warehouse, it assigns unique serial number to every unit that enables etailers to track various details such as vendor, purchase date, product expiry and unit specification.

Founded by Ankit Purthi, Vibhu Garg and Karun Singla (batchmates from IIT and IIM), Unicommerce currently works with etailers such as Snapdeal, DonebyNone, OfficeYes etc in India including few international clients spanning across Asia and Canada. The startup which raised angel round from Kunal Bahl (Snapdeal) manages over 1.5 million product shipments per month across 50+ warehouses and 1000+ concurrent users globally.


Unicommerce manages the complete order fulfillment lifecycle with features like vendors, procurement, inventory, warehouse, shipments and returns. These solutions enable enterprises and their customers to keep track on a real time basis of pending orders, order fulfillment and shipment  status. .

Launched in July 2012, Uniware also offers comprehensive returns module, wherein etailers can manage complete lifecycle of reshipments and replacements. Uniware has also  inbuilt tracking and smart courier allocation engine which suggests the best courier for that pincode/area based on historical performance.
