AFC Champions League: Mumbai City FC Becomes First Indian Team to Win

Mumbai City FC defeated Iraqi Air Force Club 2-1 in a Group B tie at the King Fahd Stadium in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Mumbai City FC created history ast they became the first-ever Indian Club to win the AFC Champions League title.

Rahul Bheke of the team also became the first Indian goalscorer in the competition.

The Iraqi side had three shots at the goal in three minutes, but the Mumbai defence stood firm to avert any danger.

Air Force Club became more desperate with a series of attacks on the opposition goal, but it didn't help them.

Dhurgham Ismail created yet another chance in the 37th minute, playing the ball to Alaa Abbas.
