Al-Nassr barred from signing new players due to this reason

Al-Nassr has been banned from registering any new players due to failing to pay Leicester £390,000 in performance-related add-ons from Ahmed Musa's transfer deal in 2018.

Al-Nassr was warned in 2021 that they would face this ban if they did not pay the dues, FIFA's ruling could potentially extend the ban to three consecutive transfer windows.

The Public Investment Fund (PIF) have stated they are ready to pay the fee to lift the ban.

Meanwhile, in order to avoid lagging behind, Al-Nassr needs to make the payment as other Saudi clubs prepare for a high-profile buying spree.
