Big IT companies of India want its employees back in the office from next month
Since the start of the pandemic, WFH has been the only viable way to keep these companies running. Ending it will be a significant change for organisations.
While most companies are planning to follow a flexible hybrid work model, there will still be significant disruption in the work-life of IT employees.
Infosys is planning to open its offices to a larger share of employees in the next 3-4 months. Also it expects to continue with the hybrid work model through 2022.
TCS and Infosys have also joined the trends of the hybrid work model.
Over 96 per cent of TCS' employees are still working remotely and the company does not envisage a sudden shift from this mode while taking continuous precautions.
Starting April, Cognizant also has plans to have employees back on premise.
