Businessman and film producer Atlas Ramachandran dies at 80

Renowned businessman and film producer MM Ramachandran, popularly known as Atlas Ramachandran, died in Dubai on Sunday.

He was 80 and survived by his wife and two children.

Chief minister Pinarayi Vijayan condoled the death of businessman.

He used to own a chain of jewellery shops in India and abroad among other business establishments.

He produced many Malayalam movies and also acted in a dozen films in side roles.
