The 590 players have been divided into various categories in terms of the base price. The top three reserve prices are in the range of Rs. 2 crores, Rs. 1.5 crore and Rs. 1 crore

48 players are part of the Rs. 2 crore base price. 20 players are in Rs. 1.5 crore base price while 34 players are part of the Rs. 1 crore bracket

In the following slides, we take a look at four Indian players who might go unsold from the 1 crore category in the upcoming IPL 2022 auction.

Kedar Jadhav

Jadhav has played for CSK, Delhi Capitals, RCB and SRH in the past. But recently he has not played any games. He is 36 years old and played his last international match for India in 2017

Wriddhiman Saha

Jadhav has played for CSK, Delhi Capitals, RCB and SRH in the past. But recently he has not played any games. He is 36 years old and played his last international match for India in 2017

Piyush Chawla

In the last two seasons, he has played just eight matches in the IPL. This is a sign that franchises have looked beyond him and might not consider him for selection.

Jayant Yadav

He was released by Delhi Capitals ahead of the auctions and might fail to find a franchise given that there will be a younger and more skilful spinner on show at the auction.
