IPL 2022: Changes MI must undertake before facing PBKS

Overall, after the 2015 season, MI has again lost the first four games consecutively in the tournament.

They will be facing the Punjab Kings today and  time has come for the five-time champions to turn around their campaign like they did in 2015.

Just in their first four matches, MI has used a total of 15 players which is joint second-most in the competition.

In fact, in their last game against RCB, the management surprised everyone by playing with only two overseas players

Therefore in this list, let’s check out three changes that MI needs to make in their next game Punjab Kings

1. Suryakumar Yadav at number three

Suryakumar Yadav has been MI’s best batter. At number four, Surya has struck two blistering fifties and best batter to face the maximum deliveries

2. Playing with five proper genuine bowlers

PBKS in IPL 2022 has made headlines for their explosive batting. Bumrah, Meredith and Mills are the three quicks who can challenge PBKS’s herculean batting

3. Playing Tim David in place of Dewald Brevis

If MI plays with 5 bowlers, the management would prefer having six batters. If Suryakumar elevates at number 3 then Tim David can replace Dewald Brevis.
