Siva Karthikeyan's fantasy drama Maaveeran gained popularity in Tamilnadu, while the actor's previous film Prince was a disappointment.
Prime Video has acquired the digital rights for Maaveeran and Sun Network has purchased the satellite rights.
The film, directed by Madonne Ashwin, is released as Mahaveerudu in Telugu features roles from Yogi Babu, Sunil, Mysskin, and Saritha.
