What does Scrum Development Process look like?
-Jeff Sutherland
whenever you start a project, why not regularly check-in, see if what you’re doing is heading in the right direction and if it’s actually what people want?”

The Scrum theory is founded on Empiricism and Lean Thinking.
Empiricism comes with experience, while Lean Thinking comes with reducing things that are not needed.
The Scrum theory stands on three pillars:
Transparency
Inspection
1.
2.
3.
Adaptation
The primary difference between other development frameworks and Scrum is that Scrum embraces unpredictability.
The Scrum values are the principles that give direction to the team to work on a project.
The Scrum process framework is carried out by a sequence of meetings called events, aimed at inspection and adaptation, that employ their corresponding artifacts.
-Ken Schwaber
