Singapore now has the most powerful passport, allowing visa-free access to 192 global destinations, according to the Henley Passport Index.
Japan, previously top-ranked for five years, dropped to third place with visa-free access to 189 countries. India improved by five positions, ranking 80th.
The US slid to eighth place, while the UK jumped two spots to fourth after a Brexit-induced slump. Afghanistan's passport remains the weakest.
