Veranda Learning Solutions IPO: Retail Investors Subscribed nearly 4 Times

The initial public offering (IPO) of Veranda Learning Solutions has been subscribed 69 per cent so far on March 29.

Then it was reduced to 1.17 crore shares after the company raked in Rs 46.75 crore from three anchor investors on March 28.

Retail investors have subscribed 3.83 times their quota, while non-institutional investors have bid for 78 per cent shares of their reserved portion.
