Last week we covered an interesting bunch of Indian startups and entrepreneurs. Entrepreneurship isn’t off- beat anymore. Take for instance, this MBA grad from Infosys who quit his job to start a street food business. Or a mother of two, who turned an expensive hobby into a YouTube success and an ecommerce business. Then there was mGaadi, a call auto service from Bangalore, that is trying to change your auto-rickshaw experience and driver’s lives. We saw a great deal of funding activity in the country. We also saw some smaller M&A activity in the last week.
With large technology & business shifts giving birth to a whole new set of challenges and opportunities, this is perhaps the best time to start a company.
