Weekly Summary: RIL & Network 18; Flipkart’s New Round of Funding & More

Here’s a quick list of stories that you shouldn’t miss.

In news, we saw the big takeover of Network18 group by Reliance. Here’s a really good analysis on the Network18-RIL story. There was quite a bit of activity on the funding front as well. For instance Flipkart raised another $200 mn from investors. And a couple of smaller acquisitions were also announced. Here’s a quick list of stories that you shouldn’t miss.

FreeCharge To Leverage Aadhaar Data For Wallet KYC

FreeCharge will adopt Government’s Aadhar card as the primary KYC tool for opening and upgrading wallets. Motorola Finally Launches Its Moto E 4G On Flipkart
