What we are doing now is we are using the PLG advantage for our sales-led growth.
Many times, our larger customers actually like the product because it is intuitive and easy to use.
PLG is helping us win larger customers now and what we are doing is even on the GTM—go to market—side, we are bringing customer success, we are bringing in exec-level relationships, we are bringing in the field enterprise account manager.
So, we are using the PLG advantage to land a lot of customers but then we are using the sales-led growth to expand and grow deeper into the larger companies.
