As we mentioned earlier, Microsoft will showcase the shiny new Windows Phone 7 at the event – but beyond the regular showcase, there is much more at the upcoming UnPluGGd event.
Currently, app developers have to pay $99 for registration token, but then Indian app developers get this unique (and exclusive) opportunity – they get free tokens (from Microsoft Bizspark) at UnPluggd event.
What are Registration Tokens?
- Tokens will allow a developer the access to AppHub (Windows Phone 7’s app store)and once you have the token, you can skip the credit card commerce flows and will directly register for AppHub.
- Once registered thru Token, you can submit free or paid apps to markets worldwide.
- Developers in India will get paid for applications they sell, like developers from other markets!
