More and more Small Businesses use WordPress to setup their website and reach out to their customers. Salesforce users, using chatter will be able to integrate WordPress blogs enabling businesses to integrate leads from their corporate tool itself.
Here are simple steps to integrate Salesforce and WordPress
1. Install the WordPress-to-lead plugin. Once you activate the plugin, enter your salesforce organization ID and configure form fields (details you’d like to capture).
2. Just drag and drop the widget to your wordpress sidebar, or you can even add the same in pages/post.
This is one of those ‘should have been present earlier’ integration that makes WordPress a much more important tool than corporate blog.
