The two words that unintentionally introduce doubt into the decision maker’s mind? Well, they are:
I THINK

If you used the phrase “I think”, you put the wheels of uncertainty and indecision into motion without even knowing it.
For e.g.
“I think our software is the best solution to solve your inventory management problem.”
is better said like this:

“Our software is the best solution to solve your inventory management problem.”
By using “I think”, you subconsciously introduce into your listener’s mind the possibility that you could be wrong – that they could, or should, “think” differently (via).
